Today was my first day going to a laundry mat since I’m far away from home for business reasons , and I have no complaints, the machines worked perfectly fine , people were just doing their own thing, and everything was clean.

It's a nice place to go do laundry. The people are always nice. I'm an older female & someone (another customer, or maybe a kid) always helps me get my things in & out of Laundry Depot... the actual customers do this! I enjoy going to this place to get my things clean! Would recommend definitely 😁. …

I went on a Saturday evening while visiting family from out of town. I like the location and enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the cleanliness of the facility; I was also impressed at how clean the bathroom was :) It took 23 minutes for my clothes to wash and my clothes dried extremely quick. I also felt safe while washing; there's a police presence in the area. I've saved this location in my list of favorites.

Had an incident where the machine took my money and didn't provide the service of refund the amount. The manger had stepped out but swiftly returned and ensured me that my laundry would be taken care of. The manger was very nice and made sure my clothing was completed while I was at work. My money was returned to my card even though it took a week. I feel she went above and beyond to smooth everything out.She saved the day😁

I have been coming here for a few months now and I can honestly say that the owner of this place goes above and beyond just to make sure that his customers are happy!! If your money gets stuck in a machine he replaces it it doesn't matter if it's 10:00 at night and one of your machine malfunctions there's always someone here or someone you can call to help you. The prices are amazing and much better than the prices that are in South Side and just an overall good quality atmosphere!!!! they definitely have my business for life!!

Owner is super nice and helpful!! He asked me if I needed help with anything and they keep the laundry super clean!! Even the bathrooms :)

Clean , they take , tap/ Apple Pay , card & etc .. staff is very welcoming love the atmosphere, machines doesn’t take long at all !!! Best really convenient & considerate ..
